Returns & Exchanges

Born X Raised offers returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and packaging are intact. Please note that limited edition drops and collaboration items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
